John is well-versed in the preparations and marketing of homes while representing Sellers. In working with Buyers, John listens to their wish list and assists in the search with a patient, low-pressure, result-oriented resolve. He is familiar with complex Buy-Sell scenarios, such as 1031 exchanges, contingent sales, and bridge loan / hard money transactions – John can handle these types of deals with efficiency and diligence. 

Although John’s day-to-day focus is in Real Estate, he makes time to pursue his passions of playing music in local bands, biking, hiking, and exploring new (and old) corners all around the Bay Area. Staying balanced in life fuels his energy as a REALTOR®.

Renee Maher, a Marin County native and currently lives in Sausalito. She is a graduate of Marin Academy High School and UC Berkeley. Before Real Estate, she began her career as a Media Buyer for McCann-Erickson in San Francisco, dabbled in the Culinary world, then has been in sales in the Wine Industry for the past 25 years. She was an outside sales rep for a highly respected "Fine Wine" Distributor in the Bay Area and had the opportunity to travel in the wine regions in France, Italy, and Germany.

Renee is honest, passionate, focused, attentive, and dedicated to taking care of her clients' needs. Renee's listening skills, warmth, and welcoming demeanor will immediately put you at ease! As a local, Renee has excellent knowledge of Marin County and assists John with a variety of needs, from buyer tours, listing prep, open houses and more. 

Outside of Real Estate, Renee loves playing golf, kayaking in Sausalito, Wine Country, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
